Introduction
This welder was specially designed for mould industry and mainly
used for repairing precision molds, such as mould of digital
products, mobile phone, toy, automobile and motorcycle. By applying
suitable soldering wires, it is possible to fill the crack or
blowholes and reuse the mould which saves production cost and
improves working efficiency significantly. General laser mould
welder also can be used in metal sheet stitching welding, pipe/
tube conjunction welding, and manufacturing of sensor, level switch
and fine auto parts, etc.
Feature
Ceramic converging cavity made in UK: corrosion resistant and high
temperature resistant, with 8-10 years service life. The life of
xenon lamp bears more than 8 million times flashing.
Most advanced light shielding system can eliminate the irritation
to eyes by laser during working.
The laser head can rotate for 360°, lift up and down, move left and
right, go forward and backward
The parameters are controlled by intelligent remote controller,
which is simple and convenient for the operator
The work bench can be lifted, and moved in three dimensions.
Size of light spot can be adjusted accordingly and automatically.
Feature Main Function
Laser control system:
Mold laser spot welder is under the control of double closed loop
by inside improved industrial controlling micro-computer so the
stability and the running ability surpass products that controlled
by monolithic integrated circuit. The laser controlling system can
control the power source profile precisely pre-set optimized.
Gas protecting system:
synchronous argon protecting system controlled by micro-computer
act better, it make the welding connection even firmer and
artistic. Being controlled to keep synchronous transmission with
laser can save the argon at the highest level.
Observing system:
It's equipped with special-purpose microscope observing system with
cross cursor. It has high speed electron flitting device to protect
the operator's eyes from being hurt.

Widely used in die repair and metal parts repair, can weld a
variety of die materials: S136, NAK80, 718, 738, P20, SKD-11,
SKD-61, H13, W302, GS2344, GS2343, GS2082, etc.
